Devon County Council, which delivers the Heart of the South West Growth Hub service, records and holds information in an electronic database. We handle and process all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and take all reasonable measures to ensure that your data is held and processed securely.
Personal information will never be sold to third parties but may be shared with the service’s delivery partners for the sole purpose of ensuring your business support needs are met.
We will only use your data to contact you with information about funded and part-funded business support services and opportunities that are relevant to your business needs.
Your data will be stored for the duration of the Growth Hub service and a reasonable retention period thereafter for audit purposes. Your data will be securely destroyed on completion of this retention period. You have the right to access your data and to data erasure at any time.
We work with a professional and experienced range of service delivery partners to ensure your business support needs are fully met. You will be informed by a member of the Growth Hub team if we need to refer you on to a specific delivery partner in order to meet your support needs.
