Our Discovery Day is free to attend and is an opportunity for individuals to get an insight into the facilities and expertise at our state-of-the-art food and drink innovation centre. Hear from industry experts from brands including Flapjackery and Sharpham Dairy.
You’ll get a taste of what can be done in our kitchens from development to trials to scaling-up bakery, dairy and drinks products and fully-equipped trial and commercial kitchens. All of which can help businesses of any size scale up production, introduce new lines, produce short runs and pilot improvements.
