Workplace Digital Skills is a new digital skills programme, designed to provide sector specific digital skills training. Tailored training programmes cover a range of essential skills, ensuring employees and employers are prepared for the digital challenges of today and tomorrow.
The scheme is available to residents in Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay who are currently not working or those who are employed but want to upskill or are considering a career change.
Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay who employ less than 250 employees can also access this training for their employees.
This programme is exclusive to businesses in Devon (including Plymouth) and Somerset, concentrating on sectors like Health and Adult Social Care, Hospitality and Tourism, Creative Industries, and Clean Growth.

The Workplace Digital Skills training programme is led by Devon County Council training will be provided by Cosmic. Workplace Digital Skills is part of the Heart of the South West local growth deal funded Digital Skills Series.
