Aimed at senior leaders in small and medium businesses, the Help to Grow: Management course is a 90% funded comprehensive 12 week practical management training course designed to boost performance, resilience and long term growth.
Online and face to face modules cover topics such as strategies for growth and innovation, leading high-performance teams and digital adoption, as well as financial management and responsible business practices. In additional you will have access to 10 hours of 1:2:1 mentoring support, engage in regular peer group calls and join a network of SME leaders through the Alumni programme. By the end of the course you will be able to take away a tailor-made plan and have the confidence to grow your business. The programme is 90% subsidised by the Government meaning that participants only pay £750.
