BIT Training is set to enhance project management capabilities in Devon with the launch of its new Skills Bootcamp in Project Management. Starting on 15th July 2024, this 10-week intensive Skills Bootcamp is designed to equip 16 candidates with the crucial skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s project management environment.
The Skills Bootcamp will deliver a comprehensive learning experience, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application delivered by real-world trainers. Participants will master the fundamentals of project management and accelerate their service management best practices, earning industry-recognised certifications like Prince2® Foundation, ITIL® 4 Foundation in Service Management, and CertNexus CyberSafe Awareness.
This robust training format has been developed over four iterations of Skills Bootcamp. Ensuring candidates are well-prepared to manage all aspects of project and service management in the workplace and learn essential cyber hygiene practices to ultimately protect organisations’ IT in today’s digital age.
The programme offers two distinct pathways, one tailored for individuals seeking employment and another for those currently employed and looking to enhance their career prospects. For job seekers, the Skills Bootcamp provides personalised CV support, interview training, and assistance in identifying transferable skills. For those already employed, the delivery focuses on enhancing leadership and productivity skills, paving the way for future advancement in project management roles.
