Teignbridge District Council has a number of pop-up business sites available for trading in 2025. Proposals are sought for creative and captivating businesses to uplift neighbourhoods.
14 sites are available across Teignbridge including:
- Teignmouth – The Den, Teignmouth Promenade (2 sites) and Broadmeadow playing fields
- Newton Abbot – Courtenay Park, Coach Road, Elizabeth Square, Osborne Park and Sandringham Park
- Dawlish – Newlands
- Kingsteignton – Kingsleigh Park, Sandygate Mill and Eagle Farm
- Shaldon – King George Playing Field and Ness beach
Some sites do have trading limitations and we’ve placed these restrictions on the pop-up sites to ensure they will sit well alongside local established businesses.
No alcohol is to be sold from the sites and all equipment and trailers must be removed each night.
Traders must also be mindful of the environmental impact by using plastic free alternatives.
The closing date for tenders is Tuesday 21 January 2025, 2pm.
